Head of Customer Success

JOB DESCRIPTION

What will you be doing?

As a Head of Customer Success you will be at the metaphorical top of the food chain. It will be your job to help and organize the other customer success managers and build, manage and expand the CS department overall. Your tasks will include onboarding and training of the current CS team, being in charge of the large accounts and increasing revenue by maximizing efficiency through churn reduction, customer advocacy and applying many other growth strategies.

Who are you?

  • 6-8 years of experience in a Customer Success role
  • At least a first experience in a leadership role
  • You are fluent in English (French and/or Dutch are an asset)
  • You have an analytical mindset are able to work with tracking systems, customer marketing software, etc
  • An affinity for Real Estate is a plus (no specific experience in this industry required)
  • You like working in an international environment
