Luckily, SAAS scale-up Zeticon makes sure a company’s digital assets are neatly classified, accessible and manageable in one central digital space. Their innovative information platform means game over for lost files and images floating around in computer archives . Of course such great innovation wouldn’t be possible without a team of great people. This is why Zeticon is now looking for an application support engineer to ensure their service with clients (B2B). This will Mainly consist of software integrations, troubleshooting or escalating more complex issues to the development team. Your qualities:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, it being in high trust services, such as banks, is a plus. OR you are very driven with no such experience but have done a relevant student job/ sideproject.

  • You are familiar with digital security

    • cryptography 

    • digital signature types

  • You have knowledge of the infrastructure of networks, the configuration and certificates more specifically.

  • You are able to read codes and find it very cool.

  • You have an affinity with IT.
